Questions about quotes
Is the quote really free?
Yes, the walkthrough and the written quote both cost nothing, and there is no obligation attached to either. If the price or the timing is not right for you, that is a completely normal outcome and nobody will chase you afterwards.
What information do you need from me?
Roughly your square footage, the number of restrooms, how often you think you need us, and when the building is empty. If you do not know some of that, leave it blank, Dita will work it out at the walkthrough.
How is the price worked out?
From the actual scope of your home: square footage, floor types, number of bathrooms, whether you have pets, visit frequency, and anything unusual about the house. You get one flat figure rather than an hourly rate that quietly grows.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no lock-in. If your needs change, more space, fewer visits, a quiet summer, we adjust the schedule and the price. We would rather keep clients because they are happy than because they are stuck.
