One Time Cleaning Service in Metro Detroit

One visit, no contract, no schedule you have to keep.

DITA Pro Clean offers a one time cleaning service for homes across Macomb County and eastern Oakland County, which means a single scheduled visit with no contract, no recurring commitment and no cancellation terms. You tell us the rooms and the date, Dita walks the home or reviews it with you, and you get a flat price for that one clean. Plenty of our clients book once a year and nothing more, and that is a normal way to use us.

Who this is for

Anyone with a date on the calendar. Hosts cleaning before a graduation party or a holiday dinner, families expecting relatives from out of state, sellers preparing for listing photos, renters resetting after a bad month, people recovering from illness or surgery, new parents, and landlords turning a short-term rental between guests.

Why households choose DITA

A single visit gets the same treatment as a standing client. Dita Hoxha walks the home or reviews the rooms with you before quoting, writes a room-by-room checklist for that visit, and sends vetted, background-checked cleaners rather than whoever was free. DITA Pro Clean is locally owned and operated and fully insured. There is no upsell script at the door and no contract to sign, and if you never call again the work is still done properly.

How it differs from recurring house cleaning

One time cleaning is booked against a date on your calendar. Recurring cleaning is booked against a rhythm, and the visit happens whether or not the week went to plan.

How often do you need us?

One visit, booked for the date you need. Some clients repeat it seasonally, before the holidays and again in spring. No commitment either way.

What's included in one time cleaning

This is the checklist your cleaners work from. Dita writes it against your actual floor plan at the walkthrough, and nothing on it is an optional extra.

  • A scope you chooseWhole house, or only the rooms that matter for the occasion. Kitchen and two bathrooms before guests arrive is a legitimate booking and it costs less than pretending you need everything.
  • Kitchen cleaned properlyCounters and backsplash degreased, sink and faucet scrubbed, cabinet fronts wiped, appliance exteriors cleaned, microwave cleaned inside, stovetop degreased, floor swept and mopped.
  • Bathrooms sanitizedToilets cleaned inside and out including the base, tubs and showers scrubbed, glass and tile cleared of soap scum, mirrors polished, chrome dried, floors mopped to the corners.
  • Living and dining areasThe rooms guests actually sit in. Surfaces dusted, glass and mirrors cleaned, upholstery vacuumed, dining table and chairs wiped including the legs and rungs.
  • Floors throughout the scopeCarpets vacuumed edge to edge, hardwood and LVP swept then damp-mopped, entry mats lifted and cleaned underneath.
  • Entryway first impressionStorm door and interior glass cleaned, entry tile stripped of salt haze in winter, doormat area cleaned, front door hardware wiped.
  • Bedrooms and guest roomsBeds made or fresh linens put on if you leave them out, surfaces dusted, mirrors cleaned, floors vacuumed including under the bed where it is reachable.
  • A flat price agreed in advanceYou know the number and the scope before we arrive. No hourly meter running and no items discovered halfway through at extra cost.

Available as add-ons

Scheduled alongside your regular visits, or booked as a one-off when you need them.

  • Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator
  • Interior windows and window tracks
  • Baseboards hand-wiped throughout
  • Post-party cleanup, including glassware and trash removal
  • Same-week or weekend scheduling where capacity allows
  • Garage or basement added for storage clearouts
  • Short-term rental turnover between guests

When people actually book a single clean

There is almost always a date behind it.

Family is coming from out of state and staying four nights. The house goes on the market Thursday and the photographer comes Wednesday. A graduation party is Saturday. Someone has been ill for three weeks and the house got away from them. A rental turns over between guests. The holidays are in nine days and the guest bathroom has not been used since last December.

None of those need a subscription. They need one good clean on a specific day, and that is the entire service.

No contract, and no pressure at the door

You get a written room-by-room scope and a flat price before we arrive. Our cleaners do not carry an upsell script, and nobody will tell you at the end that your home really needs a monthly plan. If we think a different service fits better, we say it during the quote, not after the work.

That includes telling you when you do not need us for the whole house. Kitchen, two bathrooms and the main floor before guests arrive is a common and sensible booking.

Michigan timing worth knowing

Two windows fill up fast here.

The first is late April into May, when everybody in Metro Detroit opens the house for the first time since November and discovers what the furnace has been circulating since December, plus a fresh layer of spring pollen across every sill and window track. That is peak spring cleaning demand across Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Troy and Royal Oak.

The second is the run from mid-November to New Year. If you are hosting, book early, because the last two weeks of December are the tightest fortnight of our year.

In winter, expect the entry and mudroom to take real time. Road salt haze on tile and hardwood does not wipe off with a damp mop, and in an older Royal Oak or Birmingham home with original floors it needs a product that lifts the residue without stripping the finish.

Where it leads, if anywhere

Some clients book once a year forever and that is fine. Others use a single visit to see whether we are worth keeping, then move to House Cleaning on a route. If the house needs more than a surface reset first, Deep Cleaning is the honest starting point and we will say so during the quote.

Good to know

One Time Cleaning, your questions answered

Is there really no contract?

None. You book one visit, you pay for one visit, and there is nothing to cancel afterward. If you want to book again in six months, you call. We would rather earn a repeat than lock one in.

How far in advance should I book?

For a specific date, one to two weeks is comfortable, and more around Thanksgiving, Christmas and graduation season, which are the three busiest windows in Metro Detroit. Short-notice bookings sometimes work, so call or text (248) 971-4886 and ask rather than assuming.

Is a one time clean the same as a deep clean?

No. A one time clean is a thorough surface clean of the rooms you choose. Deep Cleaning is a different scope entirely, baseboards, grout, inside appliances, vents, window tracks and light fixtures, and it takes considerably longer. If the house has not been cleaned in a long time, we will tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Can you clean before real estate listing photos?

Yes, and the timing matters. Book the clean the day before the photographer, not the same morning, so floors are dry and glass has no streaks under the lights. If the property is already empty, Move Out Cleaning is the better scope because it includes cabinet and closet interiors.

Do you clean after parties, not just before?

Yes. Post-event work usually means kitchen, glassware, trash removal, spot-cleaning on carpet and upholstery, and bathrooms reset. Tell us what the event was and we will scope it realistically.

What if I decide I want regular visits afterward?

Then we set a schedule, and plenty of clients do. Recurring Cleaning covers how the cadence is chosen, and after a one time clean the ongoing visits are shorter because the baseline is already there.

Do you bring everything you need?

Yes. Equipment, cloths and products, including color-coded microfiber so bathroom cloths never touch kitchen surfaces. If you need a specific product used on stone, unsealed wood or a sensitive surface, tell us before the visit.
