DITA Pro Clean is a home cleaning company, owned and run by Dita Hoxha, that also maintains commercial buildings. No call queue, no franchise handbook, no rotating crew of strangers, just a small vetted team, a written checklist for your home, and an owner who answers her own phone.
Our story
Built around the thing everyone complains about
Almost every business that calls us tells a version of the same story. The last cleaner started well. Three months later the corner office bin was being missed, the glass had smudges nobody wiped, and calling about it meant leaving a message with someone who had never seen the building.
That is not an effort problem. It is a structure problem, no written scope, no consistent crew, and nobody accountable when something slips. So DITA Pro Clean was built the other way round.
Dita Hoxha walks every home before quoting it and writes the checklist herself. Your home gets the same small team each visit. And when something does need fixing, because occasionally it will, you reach the owner directly rather than a queue.
It is not a complicated proposition. It is just genuinely rare, which is why most of our growth has come from clients telling other business owners about us.

A written checklist, not a vague promise
Every home gets a room-by-room checklist written at the walkthrough. You hold a copy. It is the thing we can be held to, and it is why nothing quietly stops happening after month three.
The same team, every visit
Your home is cleaned by the same small team rather than whoever was free that day. They learn the house, which corner the dog hair collects in, which bathroom the kids use, which door sticks.
The owner answers the phone
There is no account manager and no ticket queue. If something is missed, you tell Dita and it is put right, usually the same or next business day.
Honest scope, honest price
If your household holds fine on every other week, we say so rather than booking weekly. Selling a cadence you do not need wins one month of revenue and loses a client for good.

Who owns DITA Pro Clean?
Dita Hoxha owns and runs the business. She does the walkthroughs herself, writes the checklists, and stays your point of contact afterwards, which is the practical difference between hiring a local company and hiring a national franchise.
Are you insured?
Yes, DITA Pro Clean is fully insured, and certificates are available on request, condo boards, HOA offices and property managers routinely ask for one before a vendor works in a building. Every cleaner is vetted and background-checked before they are trusted with a key, a lockbox code or an alarm code, and access items are held by the owner rather than circulated among staff.
Do you clean homes or businesses?
Both, and the order matters. DITA Pro Clean is a home cleaning company that also maintains commercial buildings. We are not a janitorial contractor taking houses on the side when a building contract ends, and the difference shows up in how a house gets quoted and who walks through your door. The commercial book is kept small on purpose so both sides get real attention.
What makes you different from a national cleaning franchise?
